THE VILLA has got two levels in a U-shape design with the swimming pool and terrace area at the center, accessed from most parts of the ground floor. In front of the terrace are the large private swimming pool, bar area, Jacuzzi/kids’ pool, and the huge well-treated lawn gardens. For fun, the villa has got a game room with a pool table and table tennis in the basement.

The villa has got 7 bedrooms for 14 adults. Five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining two are upstairs. Four of the bedrooms are en-suites because. These large rooms can accommodate up to 5 extra single beds for children. Each bedroom has got a double, king sized bed, 32 inch flat screen TV with international channels, air-conditioning and wardrobe facilities.  All 6 bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins; two of the bathrooms also have bathtubs, and one has a Jacuzzi.

The main kitchen is part of the open plan living area and also connects to a smaller Thai kitchen at the back. Between the two kitchens, there are lots of appliances available - such as an oven, washing machine, toaster, rice cooker, sandwich maker, water heater, a 3-ring gas hob, microwave, and refrigerator. The lounge faces out towards the pool and is home to a U-shape couch and seating for 12 people. Here you will find a large flat-screen TV with international channels. As part of the open plan living space, the dining area has an 8-seat dining table.
