Palma

This historical object was renovated with great attention to detail, elaborately and luxuriously.

It is located in the old town of Palma, just a few minutes from the sea.

The first two floors of this ancient house were converted into a modern duplex apartment, with some elements from the 11th and 17th centuries being preserved and carefully restored.
A particularly exceptional example of this are the old stone arches that have been preserved and revived. A private entrance leads to the large reception area, which leads directly into the open Gaggenau kitchen. The wine cellar was built into an old Arabic water tank.
The open kitchen with a large dining area and a green oasis in one of the courtyards rounds off the whole property. On this floor there is also a second terrace as well as a guest bathroom and the storage room. A staircase leads directly from the kitchen to the attic.
