The Baglio (ancient Arabic word, that means an agglomeration of strengthened residences) is absorbed in the sweet hills near to the naturalistic reserve of the Valley of the Belice, that degrades to the Sea of Africa near Menfi. From the Baglio, the eye spaces on to alternate of the vineyards and olives trees, among paths from the edges covered with brooms and prickly pear. In the ancient wine cellar with the vaulted ceiling, of the seventeenth-century Baglio, there is the restaurant, that leans out on the ancient court with typically Mediterranean recipes, and have, still, the old graper-press, used in past for the beating of the grape. The Baglio has a connection internet, wi-fi, some suites, the sauna, a tennis field and other recreational areas; it also has a great swimming pool surrounded by lawns trimmed and leafy olives trees. The Baglio with the taste and respect has been restructured for the nature, typical of the regions of the south of Sicily, absorbed between olives tree and vineyards.
